Your use of our websites and any products, software, information or services provided by us (collectively, the “Services”) is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and us described in our Terms of Use. You will pay all subscription and other fees in effect from time to time for Services used by you. You can find specific details regarding your subscription, including, without limitation, the current fees for your subscription, at anytime by clicking on the “User CP” link at the top of the page, then clicking on the “Paid Subscriptions” link in the left side menu. All fees and charges paid for any Services are non-refundable.

Payments of fees will be made using PayPal. If you wish to use an alternate payment method, please contact Customer Service by using the “Contact Us” link on the bottom of the page.

Unless you cancel or we terminate your subscription in accordance with this agreement, your subscription will be automatically renewed for successive subscription terms on the basis you subscribed for. For your convenience, PayPal will charge the then-current subscription fee.

We reserve the right to change our prices and billing methods applicable to our Services from time to time and such changes are effective immediately upon posting on the website or by email delivery to you.

You agree that any discrepancies appearing on your credit card statement will be deemed accepted by you for all purposes unless you notify us of any such discrepancies within sixty (60) days after they first appear on such statement. You hereby release us and our affiliates from all liabilities and claims of loss resulting from any error or discrepancy that is not reported to us within such period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to and use of any Service at any time in our sole discretion. You may cancel any subscription Service at any time. To cancel, click on the “User CP” link at the top of the page, then click on the “Paid Subscriptions” link in the left side menu, then follow the instructions for canceling your subscription. You must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of subscription fees applicable to the subsequent renewal term.

You agree not to publish or share your login details (including and not limited to your user name and login password). In the event you share your login details with another party, you agree to be liable to additional subscription fees for each multiple login.
